Dawn Hilditch

Dawn is a Solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing. She has over 20 years experience in the following areas:

• Conveyancing
• Sales
• Purchases (including new builds)
• Re-Mortgages
• Transfer of Equity

She currently works as a Consultant Solicitor at Kirkham Legal in Royton. Dawn ensures that she gives all of her clients a high-level quality of service throughout the conveyancing process which is approached in an efficient, uncomplicated and down to earth manner. The experience that Dawn has gained over the years enables her to deal with both straightforward and highly complex cases quickly and efficiently. The majority of her clients are as a result of repeat business or personal recommendations.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking, reading and going to the gym.
