Here at Kirkham Legal, at the end of every case, we send out a client questionnaire to provide our clients with the opportunity of providing honest feedback for the service that we have given to them. These questionnaires also provide valuable management information, as we review them regularly (and do an in-depth annual review) to spot any potential areas for improvement, to satisfy ourselves that what we are doing meets the demands of our clients, and, of course, to praise our team for a job well done.
